iCharge Eco: The Power of the Sun

This is in relation to our earlier post of the [Battech iPower Solar Charger]. Since the market has these products available already, this just means that Solar Power is one of the ways to go in the future. The iCharge Eco is not much different from our earlier product. The only difference is the battery of the iCharge Eco is just a 1,350mAh battery (that fully charges in 15 hours) to store power. It’s generous but not the same as the Battech. But this one would surely be a lot cheaper when it’s released. Thanks to [GearCrave] for this report. $TBA.

iPhone Fitness App from Spinning

Another use for the iPhone is as a fitness guide by downloading the App from Spinning. iSpinning is a Spinning computer and cardio fitness system that can be used in the Gym and even on your mountain bike on the road. It’s compatible with a growing list of fitness sensors which enables you to design and create programs on your iPhone depending on your fitness routine. Thanks again to [TheBachelorGuy] for this report. $FREE.

EOS Wireless System: Sounds Everywhere!

I bet you’re tired of enjoying music in your living room and when you have to go the other parts of the house, you suddenly lose your mood because you’re not hearing the good music you had in your living room. Now that’s finally solved without having the need for snakes of wiring in your house. Presenting the EOS Wireless System! Just have a base station plugged in and connected to your iPhone, iPod, or other MP3 Player and you’re off to listening even if you’re in various rooms just as long as you have another wireless speaker there from the EOS system. Up to four satellite speakers grab the signal static-free up to 150 feet from the base, even through the walls or ceiling, giving you five rooms of thumping tuneage. Both the Eos base station/transmitter and wireless speaker/receivers feature full 2.1 Stereo with left + right channel audio as well as a ported subwoofer for rich, full sounding bass that’ll keep the mood flowing. Thanks to our friend [TheBachelorGuy] for this find. $249.

Nokia 5800 Xpress Music – The Touchscreen Phone to Have Right Now!

Nokia’s first touchscreen smartphone isn’t a mixed bag by any means. It has a stable OS. The package it comes with is plenty and which only few phones have:
• Handset
• Spare stylus
• Stylus plectrum
• Wired stereo-headset with a remote control (AD-54, HS-45)
• 8Gb microSD memory card
• Carrying case
• Desktop cradle
• TV Out cable
• USB data cable
• Charger
• Software DVD
There are also tons of multimedia features with the phone. You might even mistake it for the perfect phone of the year! It has WiFi, and a sizable display that will remain the best on the market for quite a while. Another thing to note is it simply won’t face any challenges on the market. The Apple iPhone is a steep, fashion-savvy offering that has been deprived of many standard features, so a comparison between these two phones would seem a little too far-fetched. It does have smoother and more eye-candy menus, similar video capabilities, but that’s about it. In fact, the iPhone packs in around a tenth of what the Nokia 5800 has to offer in terms of functionality.
It will be out during the 4th quarter of 2008 for 279 EUR.
