The Arbor Gladius G0710 is a rugged tablet PC that has passed the IP-54 certification. The gadget has been tested by the Military Standard 810F tests for vibration, crash shock and transit drop. It comes equipped with an Intel Atom CPU, 7 inch sunlight readable LCD touch screen display with 1,024 x 600 resolution, 2MP CCD camera, Microphone, Bluetooth connectivity, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0 ports and 1.8 inch hard drive.

New Zealand manufacturer Aceeca International unveiled its new rugged handheld PC. Dubbed as the Meazura MEZ1500, this portable computer is powered by Marvell PXA270 processor, a 2.8 inch touch screen display at 320 x 240 resolution, 64MB RAM, 32MB flash memory, compact Flash memory card slot and MZIO (Meazura I/O) slot. Too bad, it only has a poor USB 1.1 port. The price tag is at $549, depending on the configuration.
