This is the latest PMP to come out of China, this is the Newman A36HD Portable Media Player. The player features a 3″ LCD display at 400 x 240 resolution, 4GB/8GB internal memory, USB 2.0 connectivity, a TV out jack, integrated speakers, support for a wide range of audio and video files, and a music search function for easier location of your audio tracks.

HD video is becoming so standard at this point, that it is getting stuffed into the smallest of devices with the lowest of price points. This new Telecast T58 Portable Media Player will be able to play video up to 720P, support more video codecs that you could ever need, and still sell for under $150. Pretty Sweet.

We are really excited over Samsung’s newest portable media player, called the M1 that will come with a Nvidia Tegra ultra low-power High Definition (HD) mobile processor that supports HD video up to 720p. Also the Flash-based 3D user interface and is able to handle amazing 2D/3D graphics in wireless games.

This one doesn’t have much for features that is publicly available, but it certainly looks cool and really high tech. It has been codenamed The Sorcerer’s Stone, just like the Harry Potter book, but we highly doubt that there is any connection between the two. We do hope that it surprises us with it’s magic just as much though. Keep checking back for more updates, we will be tracking this one.

This is the latest portable media player from Teclast, called the C500HD. It is HD Ready and capable of supporting 720p video and features an HDMI output that lets you enjoy your favorite downloaded HD movies on the big screen. The memory does max out at 4 GB, which might make it hard for some movies to be added, so hopefully a model with more memory will be released soon.
