The new 2nd generation iTouch adds a boatload of new features to follow in the footsteps of it’s older brother, the iPhone. It can create playlists on it’s own, produce 3D graphics, and much like a Wii controller it responds to your movements. Also included are external speakers and external volume buttons. Coming soon in 8, 16 and 32 GB models. $230-400.

The picture above is a new evidence of the rumored iPod nano 4G. The case is specially designed for the upcoming iPod nano 4G, which is labeled “for iPod nano 4G”. The new portable gadget is rumored to be released on September 9th, 2008. There is no further info about the upcoming iPod nano 4G. Stay tuned for more updates.

Capcom has joined with Etchstar to offer the Street Fighter etching service for iPods. It allows you to have any Street Fighter character on your iPod such as Ryu, Sagat, or Chun Li. You can also add your name or messages engraved on your gadget without extra cost. This service costs around $550 for a 32GB iPod touch.
