This is really shocking but amazing! The Advanced Television System Committee just approved the Mobile DTV standard. This simply means that we’re about to see real mobile TV in the US. There are some manufacturers already facing the new standard which are LG and Samsung. It’s so much nice to hear that the future is now. We will soon use the 6Mhz airwaves that will enables us to have straight TV to video-on-demand and targeted advertising. I can’t wait to see what’s right behind the corner.
